Description

1. The Mobile command and control unit is designed to work independently using onboard SILENT generator. The vehicle will have all the facilities to manage an emergency event, operate and control other forces on the field and transfer communication, information, data and video streams to the Site Crises Management Center.
2. The command and control unit will enable the execution of complex missions while enabling communication and control of the field forces if required.
3. The proposed vehicle will be integrated into Mercedes Sprinter 319 4×2 panel van with mechanical and automotive upgrades.
4. The vehicle includes several energy sources to insure continues operation in any condition:
   • Built in silent generator
   • Rechargeable batteries (UPS)
   • Isolation transformer for working with the local grid/outdoor generator
5. The communication systems installed in the vehicle will enable encrypt communication with the Site Crises Management Center and agents on field. (as an option to add).
6. The proposed equipment is a Combination of various state of the art and highly advanced devices and systems presently available in the market.
7. The vehicle includes air cooling system providing convenient working atmosphere and facilities in a wide range of temperature while the vehicle engine is off.
8. If the vehicle will be supply to a cool country- we shall install in the operation zone a self-support fuel heating system for the winter time. (as an option to add)
9. The vehicle will be equipped with a day/night observation system (to be supply as CFE by the client).
10. The vehicle will be equipped with audio matrix enable controlling of all the audio channels and provide bridging facilities from any source to any destination.
11. The command table design for 3 operators and a meeting room/Command table for 5-6 decision maker
12. The vehicle will be equipped with external tent and side panels to enable to extend the meeting room with all the facilities. (as an option to add
